About the Project
CampaignLoom AI was designed for brands and marketing agencies managing creator partnerships. It transforms campaign briefs into structured requirements, recommends suitable creators, and organizes outreach, content reviews, and deadlines.
The Problem & Objectives
Creator campaigns were being coordinated through spreadsheets, email threads, and disconnected tools. Teams spent significant time researching creators, comparing profiles, following up on deliverables, and tracking content approvals.
The objective was to design a creator-campaign platform blueprint combining structured campaign management with AI-assisted matching and communication. Crucially, the system keeps important selection and outreach decisions under human control to preserve brand suitability.
